Thursday was supposed to be warm and sunny but we woke to cloud low over the bay.

We set out just after 10am following the route from Pt. Pollenca- Pollenca- 20km up to the col de Tramina. Thanks to the ebike we were able to keep going, even overtaking several people struggling a little on their super road bikes.

Then on to the massive monestary at Lluc. We arrived about noon and stopped for coffee and almond cake, like real cyclists do.

Battery at 50% after the mornings climb. Is it enough to get over the massive Col de sa Batalla? A cat. 1.5 climb?

Descending the Col de Sa Batalla

Well yes, since the Col turned out to be below us. So we found ourselves facing a massive and challenging hairpin descent ! The sun came out to smile on us as we dropped off the edge of the world. 10km and about 40 nerve wracking minutes to land in Caimari village.

Phew! All that remained to be done was another long ride along country lanes back home. Total about 64 km on the day.

We ate at Centric that evening.
