Day 2: Cycle Cap Formentor

Collected the bikes from Bike Experience on a bright, sunny but cool Sunday morning. Keiron has a Giant road bike and I'm on a semi-step through, both with removable Yamaha batteries. Impressed by the hire, now it's down to us.

Decided to make the most of the weather by cycling our 'must do' route to the lighthouse of Cap Formentor. Many cyclists had the same idea!

It's only 18 km from Pt Pollenca to the lighthouse but it took an hour and a half to reach. Time for photos and a coffee before heading back.

Grand views of the coast and lovely pine forests as the road ducked, dived and twisted along.

Back at the hotel we'd both used alot of battery! Felt great, super achievement!

That evening we ate Italian- lasagne and pizza on the square.

finished with a glass of wine in O'Haras, chatted and got some tips where to eat.
