A birthday market and ride

Tuesday is market day in le bugue so we cycled along the river to see what we could find.

Steak, sausage, cheese, salad, bread and wine.....

Then cycled the voie verte to les ezies and had a (substantial) lunch at 1001 sandwiches.

We decided to cycle out for an hour then turn back. Our road rolled up and down through wooded valley with great views of the chateau Cammarques.

We swam in the hot pool before driving out to the Hyper Intermarche in search of coffee and keirons rave baujolais. a birthday meal of steak and salad. All very propre.
